The Westin Detroit Metropolitan Airport

Even though food is pricey, it is delicious. Location is excellent, and you can get to terminal within an hour if you fly internationally with Delta during non-busy time. The room is nice, comfortable, and clean. The room service is great and the staff are friendly. They help bringing your luggage all the way to your room and to your flight check-in if you fly with Delta.

I booked the hotel because it was in the Delta terminal, and I wanted a place to sleep before a very early morning flight. That proved to be exceptionally helpful, as well when, at 10:30 p.m. when I was unable to rebook my plane ticket on line. No problem, I just walked over to the check-in counter at the terminal, and rebooked my ticket with an agent. I have no idea how many hours on the phone that saved me. I also appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The room was very quiet. COVID protocols were well-posted and well-observed. That helped me to feel safe.

Was so easy for us to connect and meet up with my family who traveled separately while needing to be at airport super early for next day flights. It was so easy to get from hotel to the terminal. We were on Delta so it was right at the hotel entrance.

The room was nice. There were many things to see like the planes from my window, the restaurants and artwork from my level on the 8th floor, the pool and gym, and the smell of the whole building was amazing.

Overall good quality of facilities and services, unbeatable location if you have an early flight
